Client API v1.1.3

Fixed an issue where push notifications wouldn't get send to the client's devices.

This was caused by a bug that was only present in the Client API v1.1. Other versions did not experience this bug. If you are still using v1.1 we would recommend you to update to either v1.2 or v1.3.
