Parley offers a secure and reliable ways to communicate with your customers. In collaboration with Genesys we offer different connectors for social channels that Genesys doesn't support natively. These connectors are available in their appfoundry. Currently we have these connectors in genesys
These can be installed using the Appfoundry. And after you have completed all the steps in the installation wizard there are a few extra steps to configure your social channel so that new messages will show up in the queue of your agents.
