Added a setting to enable/disable the "typing" events.

These events are send to Parley whenever a Client starts typing in the chat window. This way Agents on the other end can see when this Client is typing. The setting is called isTypingEnabled and it's default value is true (so enabled) More info here: https://developers.parley.nu/docs/settings#runoptions
