Testing

It is possible to test your Account and/or distribution on the "advanced demo" page: https://parleycdn.com/demo/advanced.html

You can specify the following settings:

  • Account Identification: The identification of the Account where all the messages will be send to.
  • Api Domain: The domain with which the chat will communicate
  • Version (vX.X): You can test your older versions of the distribution by filling in a version like "v1.2".
    Note: We do not automatically offer all older versions for new Accounts, so if you want to test an older version that does not exist for your account then please contact support@tracebuzz.com. (this is only applicable if the "Find and load account's distribution" is checked)
  • Background: URL of a background image which will be used to cover the background of the demo page.
  • Find and load account's distribution: When checked, it will load your account specific distribution (JavaScript and CSS). When unchecked, it will use a "default" distribution.
